What is Coaching?
Coaching supports individuals to elicit autonomous motivation and increase the capacity for change to achieve a higher level of well-being. The Client / Coach relationship is one that facilitates vision, goal setting, and accountability through a thought provoking and creative process that inspires and supports the Client. Coaching honors the client as the expert of their own lives.
